Kate Klisch is a lifelong equestrian and certified equine sports massage therapist with over a decade of experience enhancing equine performance and well-being.

Kate competed in hunters, jumpers, and equitation as a junior before riding at the open level in IHSA throughout college. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Equine Studies with a concentration in Teaching and Training from Centenary University in 2006.Her professional journey began as the barn manager for Wölffer Estate Stables in the Hamptons, Long Island, where she managed a staff of 20 and cared for Olympic and Grand Prix competition horses. She went on to train at Sleepy Hollow Country Club, coach Pace University's NCAA Division II Equestrian Team, and serve as a private trainer and rider for a top equestrian estate. In 2014, Kate also worked as the equine expert for The Osborn Law Group, specializing in Equine Law in NYC and Southampton, New York.

Certification

In 2012, Kate pursued certification in Equine Sports Massage Therapy through Equissage, an accredited program with the American Veterinary Medical Association and the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork.She launched Katherine Klisch LLC, offering high-quality equine massage throughout the Hamptons, the North Fork, and other parts of Long Island.Kate has massaged hundreds of happy horses!

After relocating to New Jersey, Kate continued taking a small number of massage clients, while raising a family, and riding her horse Pippin.

Now, in 2025, she is relaunching as EquiFlow Horse Massage Therapy LLC, bringing her expertise in professional equine sports massage to Burlington County, New Jersey, and surrounding regions. She is currently accepting new clients and seeking partnerships with farms and trainers to support top-level equine care and performance.

A tailored massage designed to enhance your horse's suppleness, balance, and overall well-being. Using specialized techniques, Kate targets muscle tension, improves circulation, and supports mobility - helping your horse perform and feel their best.


Travel Fees

Local areas: No travel fee within Burlington County, New Jersey, and the closely surrounding regions.Extended region: $45 travel fee for further areas in Northern, Central, and South Jersey. Can be split among multiple clients at the same farm.Long Distance travel: Custom pricing available.
